Jeannine Guidry has been in the business of beauty for five years and, as she tells it, the secret to success is personal. "It's a relationship," Guidry said of her approach to working with clients. "You build a relationship with someone. They look forward to seeing you, catching up. And at the same time, you're making them beautiful." These days, Guidry is making people beautiful at Belle Tresse, a salon and spa located in Scott. The business has been going strong for three years, and its focus is broader than just a perfect product. "We try to create a complete experience," Guidry said. " Our clients aren't just coming in for the service, they're coming in for the whole experience, the feeling of being pampered." What's part of that experience? Coffee, massage, a cozy atmosphere, a friendly staff and, most important, a desire to make each client feel valued and special. "The experience begins as soon as you drive up," Guidry said. " Our environment makes you feel serene, makes you feel at home right away."
